DEADLINES
The purchase will be sent after payment has been approved by the card administrator and you will be informed by email. Approval can be immediate or take up to 48 hours if information needs to be confirmed. Orders placed on Friday, even if the shipping option chosen is Sedex, will be sent on Monday. For transfers, cash deposits and bank slips, the average period is up to 48 hours to identify payment.
The delivery time for the goods is stipulated by the logistics operator (Post Office / Transport Company), and can be consulted at the time of purchase by informing the destination zip code.
WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Canceling the purchase and returning the product can be done up to 7 days after receipt, as long as the products are intact and without signs of violation. The return, in the case of an individual, must be accompanied by the sales invoice, which must include on the back of the 1st copy a duly signed statement and with the applicant's personal document numbers (CPF and ID), listing the returned material and the justification for the request. Please pay attention to this, as shipments without these requirements being met we will not be able to handle here and will have to be resent to the purchaser, with a reshipment charge being issued.
In the case of returning material for which payment was made by credit card, only the amount of financial expenses charged by the Card Administrator will be deducted.
ATTENTION: Any incident must also be communicated via email to tribal@tribalpepper.com.br within 7 days of receiving the product, this way we will be able to handle everything better for you.
